By accessing and using Astro Holidayz services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

- Customer support and travel guidance
3. Booking and Payment Terms
Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from service providers.
Payment: Full payment or deposit may be required at the time of booking. Payment terms will be clearly communicated during the booking process.
Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice until booking is confirmed and payment is received.
Currency: All prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise specified.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation by Customer:
- Cancellations must be made in writing (email or written notice)
- Cancellation charges apply as per the terms of individual service providers
- Refunds are subject to the cancellation policies of airlines, hotels, and other service providers
- Processing fees may apply for all cancellations
Cancellation by Astro Holidayz:
- We reserve the right to cancel bookings due to circumstances beyond our control
- Full refund will be provided if cancellation is due to our fault
- Alternative arrangements will be offered when possible
5. Travel Documents and Visa Requirements
Customers are responsible for:
- Ensuring valid passports with at least 6 months validity
- Obtaining necessary visas and travel documents
- Meeting health and vaccination requirements
- Complying with customs and immigration regulations
While we provide visa assistance, we cannot guarantee visa approval. Visa rejections do not entitle customers to full refunds of non-refundable services.
6. Limitations of Liability
Astro Holidayz acts as an intermediary between customers and service providers. We are not liable for:
- Acts of service providers (hotels, airlines, tour operators)
- Natural disasters, political unrest, or force majeure events
- Personal injury, illness, or death during travel
- Loss or damage to personal belongings
- Flight delays, cancellations, or schedule changes
- Currency fluctuations affecting pricing
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.
7. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Respect local customs and traditions
- Maintain appropriate travel insurance
- Report any issues or concerns promptly
- Follow safety guidelines and instructions
8. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, hurricanes)
- Government actions, war, or terrorism
- Pandemic or health emergencies
- Labor strikes or transportation disruptions
- Technical failures or cyber attacks
9. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms or services provided shall be:
- First attempted to be resolved through direct negotiation
- Subject to mediation if negotiation fails
- Governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates
- Subject to the jurisdiction of UAE courts
10. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
